Be prepared to do things differently as we learn to use movement, sensing, story and stillness to aid our meaning making. With over 17 years experience leading embodied practice in a diverse range of contexts, you can expect a playful yet practical space for authentic learning from your guide Sophia van Ruth.

This price does not include:

• space hire (an open space of 2m x 2m minimum is required, 3x3 is better!)

• travel costs for the facilitator if sessions held outside of Adelaide
