Welcome to a nurturing and explorative course teaching simple, yet transformative practices for accessing your embodied wisdom and applying it to professional challenges. Be prepared to do things differently as we learn to use movement, sensing, story and each other to aid our meaning making. With over 17 years experience leading embodied practice in a diverse range of contexts, you can expect a playful yet practical space for authentic learning from your guide Sophia van Ruth.

This course is held over 6 sessions with integration time in between to allow your team to put their learnings into practice. Because:

• examine challenges from their work or life through a new lens

• focus on a different embodiment tool each week

• release the idea that they need to solve anything and create space for their felt sense of meaning to emerge

• deepen their practice as we journey together over 6 weeks

• explore how to integrate their learnings back into their working lives

• course for up to 16 participants ($450pp for extra participants)

• handouts and practical exercises to take away with you

• 25% discount on embodiment coaching for participants within 6 months

This price does not include:

• venue hire (can be done on location at your workplace – space preferred is 5sqm pp, minimum 3.5sqm pp. *Online option also possible)

• catering, should you want any

• travel costs for the facilitator if the course is held outside of Adelaide
